(Order Decapoda):
In crab-like (brachyuran) decapod, large concentration of nerve tissue posterior to esophagus. Consists of fused ganglia of thoracic somites (thoracomeres). (Syn. postesophageal ganglion) [Stachowitsch, 1992].
